This is why we’ve already flagged your review so we can take a closer look to see what went wrong with your order. We either want to make things right by fixing the issue, clarifying what went wrong, and how to adjust it on your next order!

We genuinely care about our sticker quality and customer service. As a small family business, we have the advantage of learning from our mistakes and quickly implement changes if necessary, without having to go through a long chain of command.

Every time we have an unhappy customer, we feel personally responsible. We know that we’ve somehow failed you and your expectations of us, and we’d like to check on what went wrong and if we are able to fix the issue and keep it from happening in the future.
