We're thrilled you want to take part in our events here at Rockin Monkey! We just need you to fill out a few things to make sure we have a vendor/artist spot secured for you at the event.
Also...our lawyer told us we need you to fill out a couple of things to make sure we're all on the same page :/
Nothing! We never charge anyone to take part in our events. Parking is also free.
We want you to sell your stuff, and we want you to do good! You are permitted to accept cash or card transactions.
We're monkeys, not vultures! We don't want a single dime from what you sell. We're artists too, and we want as much of your profits going into your own pockets, not ours!
Although we aren't vultures, Uncle Sam unfortunately is. It is your responsibility for collecting and paying Texas State Sales Tax if applicable to the products. "Damn the Man!"
Every vendor is provided a 10'x10' space for their setup. We just ask that you keep all of your products within that space, and out of any walkways.
All vendors are required to bring their own tables, chairs and a tent. They are not required, but they will make your life at the event a little bit easier!
If you need power please let us know in the signup form. Also, you will need to bring your own heavy duty extension cord(s). Rockin Monkey will not supply them.
Vendors will only be allowed to begin setting up their space 1 hour prior to the start of the event. On that same note, teardown will only be permitted the hour following the conclusion of the event.
Um no! Please dispose of all trash during and after the event in either the provided trashcans or the dumpster at the rear of the building.
Hopefully we'll still be able to have the event, but if we can't we will not have a rain date.
