Physical Cards

Orders for physical cards are typically ready to ship within 12 hours of receiving payment. Orders placed over the weekend may take 24 to 48 hours to process. Once processed, gift card delivery is estimated below and is subject to change.

USPS First Class: 4-6 Business Days
USPS Priority: 2-4 Business
(business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Digital Codes

Unless a future delivery date is scheduled, on average, merchant eGift card and Virtual Account orders will be delivered within an hour, but may take up to 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Additionally, all orders are reviewed for potential credit card fraud. If irregularities are found with a purchase, the purchase may be delayed or you may receive an email to verify and confirm your order. Rockin Monkey will NOT process or ship orders that require additional verification before confirmation is received by the credit card holder.

No, it does not expire. We want your recipient to be able to use this gift card when they are ready.

Nope – none. There are no fees when you purchase the gift card. Nor are there any yearly fees for unused balances. 

Gift cards are non-refundable.

No. If your purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, you can apply the balance toward your next purchase. If your purchase amount is greater than the card balance, you will need to make the additional payment with a credit card, PayPal account, or another gift card.

Yes you can! We offer the ability to easily recharge your gift card or digital code balance. To recharge your balance

If the intended recipient does not receive the digital code or accidentally deletes the delivery email, ask the recipient to check SPAM folders, deleted email folders or automatic filters. If the gift card is still not found, contact our Customer Service for further assistance retrieving your code. Please note that Rockin Monkey is not responsible for any unauthorized use.
